Finally we discuss how we constantly minimize our pain about how we feel for believing we did that.

The United Nation's Take on War... "War begins in the minds of men, and that is where it must end." That is also ACIM's approach to "The War Against Ourselves" (Chap. 23). 

What is it good for?... "Absolutely nutthin... say it again!" Jim Tynan leads a discussion of Text Chap. 2, Sec III-IV. We look at the inner altar of our mind, where we are either dedicated to an ego-dictator war against God and ourselves, or we are at peace with Holy Spirit. Everything else in the world of form simply becomes a reflection of that inner choice.... no matter what that form looks like externally (including Ukraine... and our everyday lives).
